USA Today reported Sept. 16, that the employee allegedly told officers Cameron Beckham and reserve deputy Michael Magovern that "we don't serve police." Shocked and embarrassed, representatives of Whataburger apologized to police and said all law enforcement officers are most definitely welcome at any franchise.
